You need to contact the manufacturer of your furnace and ask them this question.
I know several people who use biodiesel fuel in their truck engines as is with no problems, but with your furnace you might damage the burners or void the warrantee.

Soak yourself with the biodiesel then light a match.
There are multifuel camping lanterns that can burn biodiesel on just about any flammable liquid. The best one is the Petromax Britelyt lantern. Pretty much any kerosene lantern or camping stove could be used, diesel is pretty much kerosene but not as pure. You could probably use one of those oil lamps or hurricane lanterns with the wick.

what are the advantages of biodiesel over diesel. ( why is it better to use biodiesel than use diesel.) using siencetific words.
The main reason is that bio diesel is carbon neutral since it comes from plant and if not used it again becomes carbon dioxide or Methane when decomposed. But in diesel it comes from fossil fuel and it adds CO2 to the atmosphere.
But the important advantage is that bio diesel does not contain the pollutant Sulfur in it. since it is of plant origin it does not have sulfur. whereas the diesel has a considerable amount of sulfur in it and it gets converted to Sulfur dioxide which is very harmful to the atmosphere and can cause acid rains and also lung problem among humans.

It’s possible, but it might suffer at the long term. First, the cost of the raw materials must be considered. Government subsidies. The most important thing is the price of Diesel. He might be able to sell it at a premium to some environmentally friendly companies. There is an outfit that is turning a profit on biodiesel in New York city. It only became profitable due to price of fuel recently. I wouldn’t say big profits though. California would give you client a major headaches in regulations.
