you need lots of money and permits. I’d start with a business plan and application for permits.
Your plan should address capital costs, labor requirements, contracts for supplies, and permits for all the hazardous waste management.

biodiesel can be used in any diesel engine with little change in the tuning.This includes bots, cars, trucks, trains, electric generating plants and etc. It has greater lubricity so can cause leaks through gaskets. It is not recommended for old engines . It also cleans out tanks and cause sludge to build up in nozzles and fuel filters.
okay so i am in 7th grade, and i need to answer these questions……how algae biodiesel works….how is oil extracted from biodiesel…..how do scientist grow algae?…….pros and cons of algae biodiesel………what can we use algae biodiesel for? and if you people could, can you try to explain this at a seventh grade level..thanks
Algae is grown in water
Oil is extracted from the plant material (not from biodiesel)
the biodiesel works the same as diesel from petroleum in the diesel engine, it is burned under pressure and causes the cylinders of the engine to move which is transferred to the wheels by gears and the drive shaft
It can be used in diesel engines with very few changes
one good thing is we can grow the algae without effecting our food supply and with little waste
technology for the whole process needs improvement to be economically feasible
Hi, for a science project I have, I need to find the energy efficiency of biodiesel and biomass. Does anyone know what that would be?
biodiesel made from rapeseed oil gives back about 3 times the energy it takes to grow and process (3:1). this is better than corn ethanol, which is 1:1 or less, but still not wonderful. oil from algae promises much better returns, but is not yet in production.
biomass burning has same efficiency as burning oil, it depends on the design of the power plant. burning waste like woodchip or commercial rubbish gives ’something for nothing’, but growing an energy crop might give 15:1 for wood, or much less for a crop that needed fertilising.

You can easily produce Million Liters of biodiesel if you follow this Procedure:
Round up all inept , corrupt Filipino Politicians include the Inmates all over our Jails, and the lazy govt. Employees.
Feed them with powdered Malunggay trunk/ trees.
Stuff them to containerrs and shipped them to a processing plant. Dead or alive , it won’t matter. After they had undergone the THERMAL CONVERSION PROCESS they will be a environment friendly BIO DIESEL.
Got Rid of Filipino politician scums and you certainly have more fuel for your 4wd SUV or yacht.
