   This could be a great investigatory project. You can refer to your country’s energy department agency or search the web for some informations.

   It can be done relatively easily but you do have to remember that you will be working with some hazardous materials.
   Bio diesel also gels badly in cold weather so you will have to add some kind of anti gelling agent or mix it with some petroleum diesel.

   google it, the plans are out there. You have to be really committed to this though. It is allot of work and can be dangerous.

   There are many good plans out there.

   One place to check is http://www.making-biodiesel-books.com

   The strong point in my opinion is their e-book has 7 biodiesel processor plans to choose, from simply and easy, to complex. There are plans, diagrams, schematics, step-by-step instructions. It’s also very affordable compared to some that range from $100 to $5,000 for one plan.

   Where are you from? Well I am working with a plantation company with biodiesel factory. It is still mostly fossil diesel – look at a fork – say 3 forks – you took that one part of the fork of fossil diesel and replace it with 1 fork of palm oil after it is being process.

   We have the factory in Malaysia as we have the oil palm plantations and so is Indonesia – European countries bought most of the biodiesel and Japan.

   You have to have plenty of palms oil or you come from a country majority the plantations are oil palms and have own fossil wells – if not it will be expensive – well I do not know about soya base oil – can it be mix with fossil diesel to make biodiesel. I have the consultant right in front me – I could ask him later, not now as he is busy preparing his reports

   I am funding (money) for a project to turn chicken fat into Jet fuel and Diesel. But I have no idea how they are doing it.
